Arcadia is a simulated equine experience. We offer everyone the chance to learn what it is like to own a horse by allowing them to care for a pretend one. All features on the game are completely free. There is nothing to download, no hidden fees and no real-world applications. This is only a game and it is meant to allow people who love horses to share their passion!
What I Wish I'd Known when I was new...
Below are some tips and pointers from current Arcadia members about things they wish they would have known when they were starting out as Bronze level members.
Who is in charge anyway?
Viv is the Arcadia President. Molly is the Arcadia Vice President.
Arcadia is not a role-play.
You do not act out what you do and how you do it. There are parts of Arcadia where you can role play but for every day actions you just post or PM people.
PM means personal message.
To personal message someone you click on the green font where their name is. This takes you to their member profile. From there you click “Send Personal Message” and you can type out a memo to that person just like an e mail!
B, I, A are all horse levels.
When you look at shows they list horses as “B” rather than typing out Beginner.

What do I put for my records?
I Need a member record, vet record, farrier record, feed record, member point record. All of these things have a “flagged” thread at the top of the board and links to the most recent protocol. All the information you need for each individual task will be on this flagged posts
What does “Flagged” mean?
Flagged is a term that describes the little red “flags” that posts have. This means that they are stuck at the top of a board as long as they have a flag. Information, rules, updates and formats are ALWAYS flagged.
What does CXC mean?
Horses who are created have to come from somewhere. If a horse is created you must write that their pedigree is C X C which means Created X Created. More info on this is available on the Required Registry
