When i chanced upon Arcadia the game sounded fun , so i gave it a shot . I kept playing in Arcadia because the Admin & members go way out of their way to make you feel welcome and always have the time to answer questions. I just want to extend a warm thank you to all who have made my stay in Arcadia Fun , Exciting and Welcoming .

I first got introduced to Arcadia through horseland. I started playing, and now I like it here better than horseland. Then Admin is VERY nice and helpful. A personal experience for me was when new members came and needed advice. I helped as much as I knew and then the next day Karen asked me to be a mentor. I hadn't even thought about being mentor, I love helping people so I was super excited to have this job!
The best thing about Acradia is you can have a job you would like. Also you become friends over a short amount of time. The Admin work very hard on this, and it shows! Keep up the good work guys

I joined Arcadia on the 18th November 2006. I can't remember how i came across Arcadia as it was so long ago but i am very glad i did. I have played a lot of sim games over the years and none of them have been as welcoming or as friendly as Arcadia. After a while i was appointed New Member Manager on the 3rd April 2007. It was then my turn to give something back to Arcadia by helping New Members find there way around and to help them understand how to play this great sim game. Which i really enjoy doing.
When we moved to the new forum i was also appointed Manager of Paradise Downs which is Arcadia's Version of the racing scene which i'm excited about. I can't wait to see how Paradise Downs will take off. Viv and Molly have worked really hard to get the new and improved Arcadia back up and running if it wasn't for there hard work and dedication i don't think Arcadia would be as great as it is today. and of course how can i forget the members, Thank you all for your patience regarding the move to the new forum and for your commitment to us.
I have made a lot of great friends over the 9 months of playing Arcadia. (Yep time flys when you’re enjoying yourself) I know i'll never leave Soooo, I'm sorry guys you have got me here for life lol Smiley

I've been on the Sim circuit since I was around thirteen, and now I'm 17 years old. That’s four years, and in that time I can honestly say I've been around the block a couple times and played everything there is to play for sim games. The Excellent, the good and the ugly, and I like the idea of being able to say that Arcadia was one of the excellent ones I was a part of. It was a couple years back when I met Viv playing on another sim game that we were both on. After enjoying about a year of game play, the owner shut it down and I was in the dark. Not long afterwards I was talking to Viv on MSN and she gave me the link for Arcadia. I jumped at the chance to play another game and set to work. I played for a couple months under the name Maylyn I do believe, but was forced to leave because of time constraints and personal reasons. Now, a LONG time after I was talking to Viv again on MSN, and she gave me the link! I was amazed at how much it had changed for the better and I jumped right in! Everyone was friendly, no ones judgmental and it just has a large family atmosphere that I have only found in one other sim game! The one thing I LOVE about Arcadia is that it's very realistic, however it's not constricting or overly so, your still allowed to have fun, on a sim game!
